We collect information you provide directly and data generated by your use of the Service:

  • Account data: name, email address, company name, and billing details.
  • Lead data: business contact information (name, email, job title, company, LinkedIn URL) sourced or imported by you.
  • Usage data: log files, feature interactions, campaign performance metrics, and API call records.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send billing-related communications.
  • Personalize your experience and surface relevant features.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service.
  • Send product updates, security alerts, and support messages (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time).
  • Analyze aggregate, anonymized trends to improve platform performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Service providers: cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment processors (Stripe), and analytics tools — only as necessary to provide the Service, under data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level tenant isolation, audit logging, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Lead data older than 365 days of inactivity may be automatically archived or deleted per our data retention policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see User Rights below). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

  • Access & export: request a machine-readable copy of all personal data we hold about you. Use the "Export Data" feature in Settings or contact us.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion (right to be forgotten): request deletion of your personal data and your tenant account. Use "Delete Account" in Settings or contact us. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Objection / restriction: object to or restrict certain processing of your data.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies (e.g., aggregate page-view counts) to understand how the Service is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may affect functionality.
